Does Anyone Have any Information On a Course Called BNB Mastery

Question

I am looking into getting into managing AirBNB properties for hosts and I saw a webinar for a course called AirBNB Mastery, it focuses on only managing other peoples properties, not the renting arbitrage method,  I was wondering if anyone has purchased it?

@Rick Mosca.  I have been running STR’s for three years. I have them in four different states. I have a lot of experience in this area.  Three weeks ago I took a chance and paid for a course called the Short Term Rental Profit academy. It’s the next iteration of the class you mentioned. I have not regretted it. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I would be much farther along than I am now if I didn’t spend so much time trying to do the research to figure it out on my own. You wouldn’t think twice about investing thousands to spruce up a STR to make it stand out, but somehow we think investing in ourselves to make us smarter about our business is a waste. You are on the right track my friend. You can PM if you’d like to chat about it.

You should be able to find a wealth of information here on BP and by googling it. I wouldn't buy a course on readily available information.

It is not impossible to learn from a mentor. But a course is not a mentor. For the most part they are something that should have been a $20 book where the presenter thought they can make more money selling it is a $700 webinar to the uninformed who were convinced that it's the greatest thing since sliced bread

No.  I'm saying you can learn something by doing it.  Try running your own STR first (a bedroom in your house, your rental property, or arbitrage), then manage other peoples STRs for them.  You'll have the experience under your belt.

I don't think you can ride a bicycle, tie your shoes, call ducks into a decoy spread or shoot a clay pigeon by reading a book.  Same thing applies to managing someone else's STR.
