Hey everyone. This is my first post! Am looking into either buying holding for rental/airbnb purposes in St. Joseph michigan or doing Rental Arbitrage for Airbnb.  Was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this area, such as reputable cleaning companies, contractors, property managers.

Any feedback (short of "Rental Arbitrage is a terrible idea do something different) would be helpful!

Ok so the second part in the parenthesis is totally true but you already knew that. Although there are some that are rockin it. @Myka Artis is a total rockstar.

The thing that concerns me here are the words Michigan and Beach in the same sentence. I can’t imagine there’s much action. That being said I’m currently wearing shorts and flip flops in January so I’m a bit biased.
