STR in Henderson NV
What has your experience been like in this new STR market? Is the strip too popular in preventing people from staying off of it in an Airbnb?

STR isn't really welcome in Vegas. It's "accepted" in north Las Vegas and pretty welcome in Henderson. BUT, make sure you buy something that will work with long term renters. People who tried STR a couple years ago in vegas woke Up one morning to find it suddenly illegal we're caught flat footed.
