Air BnB Upfront costs

Hi All, looking to set up my first air bnb as a two bed 1 bath 1000sq foot apartment. Any idea what I need to look into to determine furnishing costs from nothing? 
Also any other costs that I could be overlooking besides the initial cost of the purchase of the property? Set up and ongoing costs? 

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. :0)

@Colette Parratt Trying to Airbnb a 1 bedroom apartment sounds like a nightmare and you’ll get shut down very quick. Have you cleared this with the landlord? Are you the landlord? Have you cleared this with the city and the other residents? Do more research it’s likely this will never get off the ground.

BUT if everything is kosher... to answer your actual question.... I wouldn’t spend more than 5k
