I usually go on Amazon and search for vacation rentals or short term rentals and look for ones with great reviews.

Any recommendation

Are there any companies out there that will handle the daily operation of management or renting/leasing in case I want to be hands-off? 
like NNN lease for STR properties?

Try get paid for your pad. It has some good basic advice that is well organized by topic area. The forums are awesome but you gotta do a lot of digging. The book delivers the info quickly and concisely.

It is not about finding a great book. I read about 20, some being ebooks on Amazon. Sometimes you find a negative 2 in a book that is really helpful. And not in any other book
