Direct Marketing for Verticals

Has anyone marketed their homes directly to verticals?

We have properties on the beach that are ideal for destination weddings, and have already had quite a few people find our homes organically and rent for this purpose. We've also had quite a few Yoga instructors inquire for Yoga retreats, although none have pulled the trigger yet. I was thinking that these would be a perfect verticals to market to.

My thoughts are to use Constant Contact to email market to wedding planners and Yoga studios. What are your thoughts and has anyone done something similar?
