What's your oddest trade with a tenant?

I've got an upright deep freeze that's been sitting unplugged for about 10 years.  Plugged it in yesterday, it works.  I'm trading it for 50 pounds of water buffalo hamburger.  The guy is getting it from an exotic game ranch.  The whole buffalo weighs 1800 lbs.  It'll yield about 600 pounds of meat.  He's paying $900 for the animal.
