Lake Champlain Vacation Rental

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has experience in the short term/vacation rental business. My wife and I are looking to purchase a home on Lake Champlain and rent it out when we can't get up there (preferably the VT side but not opposed to NY). Does anyone have any experience in that location? Also- any tips in short term rentals in general would be quite helpful.
