Paso Robles area STR

I am under contract to buy my first STR on the central coast, an acreage property with a pool near Paso Robles. If anyone has any experience out that way, let me know. Looking for cleaners, a check-in person, handyman, grounds maintenance person or company, pool servicing company, and a GC or similar to handle some small upgrades to the home (primarily converting two half baths to full bathrooms). Appreciate any referrals or connections, I am planning on adding 1-2 larger properties per year out that way moving forward.
