Arizona Vacation Rentals
I have been managing a vacation rental before and throughout the pandemic here in Arizona. The rental is located in Central Tempe and was pulling in some very solid returns before the crisis hit.
There was a brief 3-4 week period where everyone cancelled and we considered switching to long term stays instead- but we stayed the course and have kept occupancy high even throughout the pandemic.
Others who own, have owned, or want to own vacation rentals here in Arizona I want to hear you opinion and perspective on the market and where you think it is heading in the future with 2020 still likely being full of surprises!
