Purchasing a cabin in a PUD

I currently have a cabin in Sevierville under contract that is part of a PUD. Just curious about everyone's experience with this? Anyone have any advice or things to make sure I ask before closing?

Planned Unit Development. It's basically like a condo but you own the actual dirt. Once you get past closing there's basically zero difference between this and a SFH.

I have one.
