@Paul Sandhu I’ll allow this post only because it’s my 40th. Next year don’t waste everyone’s time ❤️❤️

The differences in my life between 30 and 40 are Tremendous! At 30 I was behind a bar busting my hump. Although I did work my way up in that business and owned 1/3 of a bar in NYC by the age of 25.

At 40 I am financially free because of real estate and I have BP to thank for that.
