My partner and I are starting a short term rental business. We are struggling with determining the cost associated with furnishing properties. Any tips would be much appreciated.

@Nathan Silver I know a girl here in Columbus Oh she will stage a 3bd house for $1,300 and allow you to continue using it for $500/month.
