Does Airbnb charge booking fee in addition to their service fee?
I have a STR property that I don't manage. It is hosted by a Property Management company of Airbnb. Since I'm not the host I have even less visibility than most into the Airbnb fees. I was under the impression Airbnb takes the service fee from the guests (3%) but is there also a 10% booking fee to the host in addition to their service fee?
