Short term rental apps/automation
Anyone had any experience with the paid version of AirDNA’s data?At first glance it looks really good but wondering if I should dig deeper.
I have also heard there are a number of apps for pricing, booking, automated communication with tenants, etc for STR. Curious what apps people might recommend.
Have a couple of STR targets and I'm moving into this space from flipping. Feels like a huge learning curve.
