Attached Garage at my Beach House

Those of you who have a beach house and have an attached 1 or 2 car garage, what do you with the garage?

1. Allow guests to use the garage to park there car(s) in it.

2. Use the garage for storage.

3. Convert the garage into another room; bedroom, family room, entertainment room, etc.

4. Other.

1, 2 and 4.  I store my duck boats in 2 garages, my riding mowers in another garage, my vette in another, my dump truck in another, and I've got a bunch of appliances in another.
