Reunion Resort, Orlando

Hi all,

Is anyone familiar with the villas at Reunion Resort in Florida for an investment property and occasional personal use?  I know they have high fees + golf membership. It's worth it if you're going to use yourself but, also allows any renters to use the golf courses. Due to these fees you may just break even on a yearly basis.  My question to those of you who have more experience is would it be a good buy and hold if we don't need to sell for 5-10 years? I've heard reunion is an up and coming neighborhood.

Thank you.

If looking to discuss with PM, call Magical Vacation Homes or Jeeves and they can give you good insight into the area.  I have my property with Magical Vacations Homes and they have done well with it.  Check out their website if you want some insight into what amenities you need to drive sales in this area.  Booked solid for months and just hit the rental market beginning of Feb.

I'm a big fan of Gatlinburge/PF for the strong cash flow there, but Reunion can rival it with the right home upgrades.
