CA Central Coast potential
Long-time listener, 1st time caller.
I'm looking to start a STR near or around Santa Ynez, Lompoc, Buellton area. It seems others are doing it and there is inventory but that the county has generally banned most STRs.
Anyone have knowledge on the legalities of STRs for Lompoc or Buellton areas?
