Kissimmee Florida Airbnb
I’m almost done with the remodel of my condo I acquired a month ago. It’s a 3/2 1301 sq foot condo. I’m stuck between deciding to rent it out to a long term tenant or Airbnb. With Disney being sold out almost every day and Florida almost full open I feel like it might be the better option. It can sleep 12. 2 in the master, 4 each in the other bedrooms and 2 on a pull out couch. Does anyone on here have an Airbnb in Kissimmee? If so what have bookings been like lately? Are you semi booked, fully booked or barely getting any bookings? Do you feel like the Orlando market is over saturated? What’s your average price per night?
