Glamping site in Smokey Mountains

I am looking at setting up a glamping site to list on Airbnb.

I am considering the area around Smokey Mountains TN.

Looking forward to hearing others' recent experiences setting up and running a glamping site in terms of permits, costs, gross income, management etc.

You'll want to be zoned A1 for unimproved campground to make it easiest on yourself.  There are a couple of places doing it now already, too.
