Do you use any custom rule sets for Price Labs?
Hi everybody-
Just curious what types of custom rule sets people use for Price Labs, if any. I'm wondering if I should set some pricing rules around different occupancy targets? Thanks so much for your help!

I follow the pricing of local motels. A motel room with 2 beds is $400/week. I charge $600/week for a 3 bedroom STR house.
