I have read posts here asking about the value of real estate investing in Puerto Penasco, Sonora. I purchased a Rocky Point beachfront condo in 2018, and will continue. The ROI can be significant in just a few years. I'm so convinced this market is in the cusp, I have just launched an alternative for Airbnb Puerto Penaco rental property owners.
