STR rentals Carolina beaches

Has anyone has success with short term rentals near the Carolina beaches? I have had a lot of success in mountains and cities but would love to look at beaches as well

@Gerald Pitts So I ended up buying a 2 bedroom condo and renovated then did a cash out refinance. So after deducting the money I got back from the refinance from total invested, I'm looking at about a 50% COC return. Estimating a profit of $30,000 this year.
