Panama City Beach Home Rental Income
Hi everyone! I have an opportunity to buy a property off market from a family member in the Panama City Beach area.
Does anyone have any information on rental income for single family homes less than a mile from the beach on the west end? This is a 2 bed 2 bath home that was built in 2018, but has never been rented so I’m in the dark.
I already own a condo in the area that I rent as short term rental so I’m familiar with everything in the area.
