Anyone invest in Hartford, VT?
My husband and I just bought our first investment property in 2020, an STR in Gatlinburg, TN and we couldn't be happier with how it's been going. We want to buy another in that area at some point but are also looking to diversify. I was taken by an absolutely beautiful property I saw in Hartford, VT and was wondering if anyone had any experience with the market up there? Long term rental, short term rental? Is there any sort of decent ROI by investing in that area?
