Rental Cars at STR's

Has anyone played around with providing a rental car at their str property for an extra fee? I recently got back from vacation and I feel like the rental car game paired with ubering around could be less of a hassle if this was provided as an option for guests. I would personally do it with a vehicle that is already paid off but I wanted to know if anyone has already tried this with any vehicle? Is this feasible as part of an addition to airbnb or vrbo?

What kind of car would you provide? How do you vet the renter? How do they get to your property to pick up the car?

A better solution is to have a car on Turo, and offer it to your guests - but make them go through Turo to do so.
