Catskill and Adirondock
Good morning, anyone familiar with STR's in upstate New York, preferably Catskills and Adirondock. With the research I've done I can't find any solid answers or info. Any realtors or hosts that can give me some helpful advice, would be appreciated. TY!!!

Hey @Lorraine Patterson - have you focused on any towns in particular? I live in Catskill, NY on an 18 unit property we purchased. We're turning one of the units into an AirBnB and based on all the research I've done, we should have solid demand. Happy to talk through any specific questions.
The market up here was so hot for awhile. I was looking for a house for myself and it just didn't make any sense, but fingers crossed, it is cooling and becoming a bit more reasonable.
