Calculator Short vs Long Rental

DAVID DYNNESON

Hello BP! Looking at investing in short term rental properties. I think I have a clear understanding to analyze new acquisitions. Is there a spreadsheet available to quickly compare my current long term rental income if I converted to short? Thanks!!

STR blow the doors off of LTR. I bought my first STR and the income is 6 times what my LTR cash flow could ever produce. I self manage my LTR and am doing the same on my STR. It definitely depends on location, just like everything. I bought in the Destin Florida area.
