Journeymen. What's your personal definition?

When you hear or read the word "Journeymen" what comes to your mind?  Trying to do a little research before modifying my advertising.

Historically, a medieval European craftsman first served an apprenticeship under a single master, and then passed a test and received papers from his craft guild that named him a journeyman, someone allowed to travel and work under a variety of masters to better learn his craft. After a sufficient time spent serving as a journeyman under several different masters, he would go to the craft guild hall in the capitol city of his country and would craft an item that would serve to show his skill in the very best light. This masterpiece would be used by the existing masters of the guild in the capitol city to judge if he deserved to be elevated from journeyman to master. Upon receiving his master's papers, he would either buy out an existing business in an established city or town or open a new one out in the sticks.Apprentice to journeyman to master to archmasterSo for me, a journeyman in anything does solid work, but not the best, and isn't established enough to start a business.

I did my undergrad in Finance and most of my MBA in Finance.  The only analytics I use now are "Will this house pay for itself with 6 months of rent?".  You don't need a Finance degree to do that math.

@Paul Sandhu solid but not high level work, probably not licensed or low level license. Usually solo or contractor for busy shop.
