Best books on vacation rentals?

Question

Hi Everyone,

I’m a big fan of bigger pockets books and have used them to help with LTR goals. Wondering if anyone has any book rec’s geared towards VR/STR?

I have listened to many podcasts and read blogs but looking for some great books fo help solidify all the things I’ve been learning.

I’d also take recs on people to follow, blogs or podcasts that people have found helpful.

I was just looking into this a bit as well.  Didnt see a whole lot out there, some seemed hyperfocused like how to get your airbnb listing to showin the top 10. I did just pre order Avery Carl's book, available in the BPbookstore.  The table of contents looked more holistic and covered a wide range of topics in the STR arena, I like how it seems more encompassing. I'll let you know once I get it and read it!
