Champions Gate or Windsor Hills

Hello everyone 

We are looking to buy an STR in Windsor hills or champions gate . We recently visited champions gate and loved it but have some concerns around party crowd and that it's zoned specifically for STRs so cannot ever be a long term rental .
does anyone own there and how has your experience been so far ?

Has anyone owned in Windsor hills ? I think a 4/5 bed is what we are thinking .
