Offer accepted on first STR… Now what?

After years of analysis paralysis and watching from the sidelines, we finally had an offer accepted on our first STR property in the mountains of Vermont. Now what?

We have a little bit of time before closing, assuming all goes well. Does anyone have a checklist that they use for things to prepare in advance? We'd ideally like to rent the property immediately. I should preface this by saying that the property is currently a STR and is in near rent ready condition.
