Hello BP, my vacation rental is by or on a body of water, I'm allowing the use of my Kayaks, is there any type of Liability Insurance I should purchase? Thanks!!!

Yep. CYA with every type of insurance you can find. Cover yourself with an LLC, and a trust if you can. And, get a personal liability umbrella policy. I have a 1 million PLUB that is only $16/month.
