Hello~ Looking for contacts in the Palm Springs area. Planning to self manage an STR but would need someone for in person check in process and to respond locally if needed. I've read on some posts that many investors have contacts in the area. If anyone has any names to share please message me. Thank you!!!

@Barb Buet you may get some responses on here, but I would strongly recommend trying to join some local STR facebook groups and ask your question there.
