STR Cleaners in the Poconos
Can anyone recommend a cleaner in the Pocono Mountains for short term rentals? Also, are there any good apps that can help with managing cleaners (notification when the cleaner is finished, scheduling, upload pics, etc etc)?
It seems that there are two drastic trains of thought; 1). Semi-Micromanaging the cleaning peeps with checklists and required pics
2) They are your eyes and ears so owners should back off and let the reviews do the talking (and or firing lol)? What works best based upon your experiences?
