Crystal Beach, Bolivar Peninsula STR

Hi everyone! We are first time investors and looking to jump on a beachfront property on Crystal Beach / Port Bolivar peninsula (north of Galveston). Does anyone have any experience or feedback on the area for a STR? The numbers for 2020 are very lucrative, and so far for 2021, but know that this past year is unique because of the pandemic.

Any insight on the area is much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
