Multi Family Units- STR

Hello , Anyone considered researching trends of Multifamily units for STRs ? any prior blog or metrics on how the trends appear for Multifamily units to be converted for STR purposes would be helpful.

I have 5 StRs right now but all are single family , considering a multifamily unit in a popular area in Vermont  with commercial zoning available .

have tried to gather data from Airdna & Rabbu.. few listings out there which operate in this fashion .  Would love to hear other thoughts around this

@Gururaj Iyer

If there is plenty of contract work going on in your area I think you would do very well on the 1 bed 1 bath units using an STR. Although things could be a little different for me in the Midwest I do this same thing with a cheap rate and monthly discounts and my income is 1.5-2 times the amount I would normally get renting the units out long term. Use these single bed units to target medium term stays (1-2 month) and I think you would do well.
