Hello! I'm getting my ducks in a row to purchase my first short-term rental property in Fresno or Bakersfield, market still TBD. I would love to meet Air BnB property managers, short-term property managers, corporate housing property managers, etc. I would also love to meet with badass realtors who have their eye on long-term relationships and are willing to kick *** even when starting small.
