Any thoughts on pros and cons of each? I'm currently using iGMS and its a little complicated. Wondering if Guesty or Hostaway are more user friendly. Thanks!

No wrong answer. Do a sales call with all 3 and decide which works best for you. And just to really drive you nuts there are dozens of others out there that are very similar.
