Short term rentals in Washington

Hey everyone! 
Myself and some partners have been looking at operating short term rentals in the Seattle area and was curious if any BP members have have experience with operating a number of them in the area? 
I've seen companies doing it but according to Seattle code you can only operate two, one at your personal residence and one in an ADU.

Any input would be great!
