Advertising Rental Property

I'm looking for pointers on how to market /advertise rental property.  I have 2 bedroom house looking to have it rented by the 1st of July.  Please provide ideas  -- what worked and didn't.

Hi Syrica,

My best advice is to market your property EVERYWHERE. Zillow, Craigslist, Rent.com, Apartments.com, Facebook etc etc. Look around for free software out there that helps do this marketing for you. It'll save you lots of time while producing tons of leads.
