Arizona Land Realtor Recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations on a realtor to talk to about buying some land in Arizona. I have a general idea of what I want (20+ acres, <1.5 hours from Phoenix), but no idea where to start my research. I'd like to find something that will be a good long-term investment and/or a place for us to build a house and move to within a few years. I obviously need someone who knows the area and what to look out for. I'm currently living in middle Georgia.
