Looking for CPA recommendation
I'm looking for recommendation for a real-estate savvy cpa. I currently have 6 rentals in 3 states, and a number of other complicating/mitigating factors. I believe my current accountant is just not knowledgeable enough to help us minimize our taxes through optimal use of tax law, structures, etc. I am in Chandler, so SE Phoenix area would be preferred.
