Phoenix Area First time buyer.

Hey everyone,

My name is JC and im very excited that I came across BP.  Im still absorbing as much information as possible and am very thankful for the community. 

I am looking at purchasing my first property however Im originally from the Midwest where duplex and multi family homes are aplenty. That had been my original plan to break into REI however the Phoenix area Is a bit different.

I haven't honed in on the niche yet but leaning right now towards holding.  Any insight would be appreciated.  Talk soon!
