Assett protection & who to talk to?

I have several rental properties in the Phoenix area. I want to discuss asset protection as well as tax & insurance implications for LLCs, possible Due on Sale Clauses (as most of them are financed), Trust options. etc. Who is best to talk to in this situation? A good real estate attorney or accountant? Both?

Ike Devji is your guy. He is an asset protection attorney in Phoenix, and it is all he does (no focus elsewhere). I used him recently and have been very happy with his services and have learned a lot from him. He also has referred me to several other good professionals for things like insurance and estate planning.

@Corey G. You have plenty of options. I'm an attorney and handle the legal side with minimal tax advice--though being an investor, I'm certainly aware of tax implications of any structure I work with. But a good AP attorney will do what we do: have working relationships with CPAs.Don't stress due on sale. Learn about the way around this with land trusts here.
