Wholesalers in Phoenix and Greater Phoenix?

Question

I'm looking to invest in great deal properties in AZ but do not have the time to find those deals. Does anybody know of any wholesalers out here that currently have good deals in their sights or on their books?

Just make sure you know how to do your own due diligence. I've seen people pushing ARV's to make the deals look like deals. You make most of your money on the buy side.

@AaronLietz what type of deals are you interested in? Flips, keep for rentals, multi family or single family? I come across a few deals that don't work for me for what ever reason. If I come across any I'll send to you. In a couple months we'll be doing some type of marketing for leads.

There are plenty of wholesalers but what constitutes a "great deal"? It really depends on your exit strategy. Are you planning on flipping, Turnkey, buy & hold, multifamily, commercial, private lending, donating to the mesa Fire Department for practicing putting out fires? What'd you have in mind?

Hi All, thank you for the clarifying questions. I am looking to buy/hold/rent right now. However, it does look like market is really "toppy" right now. So I'm thinking that one good strategy is to have others find those below market deals for me since I don't have time to search for them myself.
