Need financing for rental property
Hey everybody, I need financing for sfh rental property. I’ve got cash and need a dscr loan with no income needed (thanks Covid).
Anybody have a private lender or a loan guy that does these loans now?

Hey @Scott Anderson, it may be possible. Would need a little more info, like where the property is located, the purchase price, and the DSCR (monthly rent, annual taxes, anual insurance).
