Rental market in Glendale,AZ
I have no experiences with real estate investing or work in a field relate to real estate so I'm hoping I can get advise from people with more knowledge. I'm looking to a acquire property as a very long-term investing (hoping to hold for about 15 years) and will rent it out. I'm not familiar at all with the rental market in Glendale.
