Taxes AZ LLC, OOS property
Can anybody tell me if AZ charges in-state taxes to AZ based LLC if they own property out of state?
I'm looking to use my LLC to purchase a Missouri Property and don't want to be taxed double. I'd rather open an LLC in a state that won't do that and I don't know if AZ is one of them!
