Questions about FHA and house hacking. I have a creative solution

I'm a noobie looking to get my first investment property. I'm getting ready to meetup with other people trying to get their first property, and I had an idea for a joint-ownership house hack. This would provide more comfort for an investor with a family, like myself who may not fit in a small multifamily (as well as being more comfortable with the tenants) and/or may need creative solutions to financing their first deal.

But I have immediate questions. Like, can multiple families (2-4) use an FHA for a joint-ownership application?
